Hnizdovsky had a habit of chasing vegetable trucks through the Bronx as they delivered their cargo to the Hunts Point Produce Market, the largest wholesale produce market in the world. Anything that was on the kitchen or dining room table, flowers or fruit, had a habit of disappearing into his studio.
