Sheep
Anyone who has followed the work of Hnizdovsky over the years knows that he is best known for his sheep prints, most notably, his famous 1961 print "The Sheep". Hnizdovsky's dealer at the time felt that this print had no chance of success, and yet, it sold out almost instantly, being bought by many famous print collectors at the time, such as Truman Capote.
